Responsible Gaming
Chris' Casino is for entertainment only. Virtual coins have no real-world value and are not redeemable. If playing stops being fun, take a break.
Voluntary controls (in Profile).
• Daily spend cap. Set a dollar amount; we will block purchases that would exceed it in the same 24-hour window. Server-enforced — you cannot override it without waiting out the window.
• Session-time limit. Set a number of minutes; you will receive an in-app reminder when you reach it.
• Self-exclusion. Lock your own account for 1 to 365 days. While excluded, you cannot log in or make purchases. We cannot reverse this for you within the period you set.
Automatic protections.
• Hard purchase cap: $1,000 per 24 hours and $5,000 per 30 days per account.
• Hard per-checkout cap: $5,000.
• Per-round winnings cap: **$500** — the most a player can win at one time on any single hand, spin, draw, or shot.
• Session-winnings cap: $5,000 of cumulative positive payouts per session, after which gameplay is paused until the next session resets.
• AI support is instructed to refer distressed players to the National Council on Problem Gambling helpline.
Recognize the warning signs.
• Spending more than you intended.
• Chasing losses.
• Hiding play from family or friends.
• Borrowing money to play.
• Feeling restless or irritable when not playing.
If any of these apply to you or someone you know, please contact one of the following confidential resources:
• National Council on Problem Gambling — 1-800-GAMBLER (24/7, free, confidential) — ncpgambling.org

Our pledge.
We do not market to self-excluded users. We do not run "win back" promotions to lapsed customers who set responsible-gaming limits before lapsing. Our AI support is trained to de-escalate, never to upsell.
