By creating an account or using Chris' Casino (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 1. Eligibility. You confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are located in the United States, and that you are not located in the State of Washington or any other jurisdiction in which social-casino entertainment is restricted. You confirm that you are not a person on any United States sanctions list. 2. The Service. Chris' Casino is a social entertainment platform. Players purchase virtual coins for use in single-player social-casino-style games (Blackjack, Video Poker, Slots, Swap Blackjack, Matador Blackjack, 3-Card Stud, 5-Card Stud, House Hold'em). Virtual coins are a digital good with no real-world monetary value and are NEVER redeemable for cash, prizes, or merchandise. 3. Purchases. Virtual coins are sold for $1.00 per coin, in any amount between $1.00 and $5,000.00 per checkout. We may offer one-time promotional bonuses. All sales are final. Refunds are at our sole discretion except where required by law. 4. Conduct. You will not cheat, exploit bugs, multi-account, automate gameplay with bots or scripts, or attempt to interfere with the Service's RNG or backend. Violation results in immediate termination and forfeiture of all virtual coins. 5. Account security. Keep your password secret. We will never ask for it. You are responsible for all activity on your account. 6. Responsible gaming. Voluntary tools — daily spend caps, session-time limits, self-exclusion 1–365 days — are available in your Profile. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. 8. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the lesser of (a) the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months or (b) one hundred dollars ($100). 9. Arbitration. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in your state of residence. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. 10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the law of the state of formation of Chris' Casino, LLC. 11. Changes.
